https://shopify.com/68470603926/account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access codes associated with your customer account.
Please contact us promptly at support@myaventra.com if you believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorisation.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases made directly through our website and to your use of the services made available through it.
Additional policies published on our website form part of these Terms, including our:
- Return & Refund Policy;
- Shipping Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy or privacy preferences, where available.
In the event of a conflict, mandatory consumer-protection laws will prevail.
Eligibility
To place an order, you must:
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- be at least the age of majority applicable in your country or jurisdiction;
- provide accurate, complete, and current information;
- use an authorised payment method.
A parent or legal guardian must place or authorise an order where required by applicable law.
Our products are intended for personal and household use unless otherwise expressly stated.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, measurements, and other information are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
- product packaging may change;
- minor variations may occur where they do not affect the product’s essential characteristics;
- measurements may be approximate;
- product availability may change before checkout is completed.
Before placing an order, you should review the product description, compatibility information, dimensions, included accessories, warnings, and instructions.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described, or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.
Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available for your market.
Before you submit an order, the checkout will display:
- the product price;
- available shipping or delivery charges;
- applicable taxes collected at checkout;
- discounts applied;
- the total amount payable.
Where required by law, displayed prices will include applicable taxes or clearly indicate how taxes are calculated before the order is confirmed.
Exchange rates, conversion charges, or foreign-transaction fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider where you pay in a currency different from the currency of your payment account. These third-party charges are not controlled by Aventra.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law and agreed with you.
Price Reductions and Promotions
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;
- promotions are subject to product availability;
- promotional terms apply only during the stated period.
We may correct or withdraw a promotion where it contains an obvious error, provided that doing so does not unlawfully affect an order that has already been accepted.
Placing an Order
The products displayed on our website are an invitation to place an order and do not, by themselves, constitute acceptance of your purchase.
By selecting the checkout button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct relevant order information.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we:
- send an order confirmation confirming acceptance;
- begin processing or fulfilling the order; or
- dispatch the products,
whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law.
Order Review and Acceptance
We may review an order before accepting it.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the billing or shipping information cannot be verified;
- the order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
- the order violates applicable law;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- delivery is unavailable to the provided address;
- the order exceeds reasonable quantity limits;
- the order appears intended for unauthorised commercial resale;
- accepting the order would violate our payment provider’s or carrier’s applicable requirements.
We will not refuse an order for unlawful or discriminatory reasons.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method without undue delay.
Order Information
You must provide accurate and complete:
- customer name;
- email address;
- telephone number where requested;
- billing information;
- shipping address;
- payment information.
Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed once processing has started.
You can review available order information through your Customer Account:
https://shopify.com/68470603926/account
Payment
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, and eligibility.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment service provider. Payment providers may conduct:
- payment authentication;
- fraud screening;
- identity or security checks;
- card verification;
- transaction-risk assessments.
We do not generally receive or store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.
You confirm that:
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- the payment information provided is accurate;
- sufficient funds or credit are available;
- the transaction is lawful.
A temporary payment authorisation or pending charge does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Fraud Prevention
We may use automated and manual measures to detect suspected fraud, account misuse, unauthorised transactions, or other security risks.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
- request additional verification;
- temporarily delay order processing;
- contact you to confirm order information;
- decline or cancel a transaction;
- limit access to an account;
- report suspected unlawful activity where legally required.
Any such action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and will not limit rights relating to significant decisions based solely on automated processing where those rights apply.
Delivery
Available delivery destinations, methods, charges, and estimated timeframes are described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates begin after the applicable processing period and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the agreed period. If no specific delivery time has been agreed, mandatory delivery deadlines under applicable consumer law will apply.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, including:
- carrier disruptions;
- customs inspections;
- severe weather;
- transport interruptions;
- strikes;
- natural disasters;
- public emergencies;
- inaccurate customer information.
The existence of circumstances outside our control does not remove any mandatory rights you may have where an order is materially delayed or not delivered.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
Depending on the delivery destination and the arrangement displayed at checkout, an order may be:
- delivered with applicable import charges collected in advance; or
- subject to charges assessed by the destination country.
Where duties, import VAT, or other mandatory charges are not included in the checkout total, this will be communicated where required before purchase.
Customers must not be presented with undisclosed mandatory charges where disclosure is required by applicable law.
You are responsible for complying with lawful import restrictions applicable to your delivery country.
Transfer of Risk
For consumer orders, responsibility for loss of or damage to the products generally passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the products.
Where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by Aventra, responsibility may pass when the products are provided to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Ownership of Products
Legal title to the products passes to you when:
- we receive full payment; and
- the products are delivered,
unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Order Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
You may request cancellation before an order has entered processing or dispatch. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot always be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.
Consumers who purchase online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Details regarding:
- the applicable withdrawal period;
- how to exercise the right;
- return deadlines;
- return costs;
- refund processing;
- excluded products,
are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms reduces a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right available under applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and eligible cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before making a purchase.
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Products must conform to the sales contract and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
A product may be non-conforming where it:
- is faulty;
- does not work as described;
- does not match the agreed description;
- lacks promised features or accessories;
- is unsuitable for a specifically agreed purpose;
- is not of the quality reasonably expected under applicable law.
Where a product is non-conforming, you may be entitled to remedies such as:
- repair;
- replacement;
- price reduction;
- rejection and refund;
- another remedy required by applicable law.
Any commercial return period offered by Aventra is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory legal rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
Product Use and Safety
You must follow all instructions, warnings, installation requirements, operating limitations, maintenance instructions, and safety guidance supplied with a product.
Products must only be used:
- for their intended purpose;
- in accordance with the instructions;
- with compatible components;
- by persons capable of using them safely;
- in compliance with applicable local rules.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for unsafe, defective, or non-conforming products where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Reviews and Customer Content
Where our website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content, you confirm that:
- the content is accurate and based on a genuine experience where represented as such;
- you have the right to submit it;
- it does not infringe third-party rights;
- it is not unlawful, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene;
- it does not contain malicious code;
- it does not disclose another person’s private information without permission.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Aventra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove content for legitimate reasons but are not required to publish every submission.
We do not condition incentives on positive reviews. Any incentivised review must be disclosed as required by law.
Accuracy of Customer Content
Reviews and other customer submissions represent the views of the individuals who submitted them. They do not necessarily represent Aventra’s views.
We do not guarantee that customer-generated content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular needs.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through our website—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, icons, page layouts, and original product descriptions—is owned by or licensed to Aventra and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial parts of the website;
- republish or commercially exploit website content;
- use our trademarks in a misleading manner;
- remove ownership notices;
- scrape or extract content using automated means;
- create derivative commercial materials from protected content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Product names, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Please contact support@myaventra.com if you believe content available through our website infringes your intellectual-property rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may integrate or link to services operated by third parties, including:
- payment providers;
- customer-account services;
- shipping and tracking services;
- social-media platforms;
- analytics tools;
- external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites that we do not control. This does not exclude responsibility for service providers acting on our behalf where applicable law makes us responsible.
Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy before using the website or placing an order.
You can access available customer-account information at:

Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website or services to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
- violate the rights of another person;
- provide false payment, identity, or delivery information;
- interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;
- gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- scrape, harvest, or extract information unlawfully;
- make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks;
- impersonate another person;
- resell products in violation of an express restriction;
- violate applicable sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions;
- use the website in a manner that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, our service providers, or our legal rights.
Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may temporarily restrict access for:
- maintenance;
- security updates;
- technical problems;
- service-provider interruptions;
- legal or regulatory reasons.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect rights relating to an accepted order.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website is made available on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the website will always operate without interruption;
- every technical error will be corrected immediately;
- the website will be compatible with every device or browser.
This disclaimer applies only to the website service and does not exclude mandatory guarantees, conformity requirements, or remedies relating to products purchased by consumers.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable;
- defective products where liability is mandatory;
- breach of mandatory consumer rights;
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Aventra is not responsible for losses that:
- were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed;
- result from your unlawful or improper use of a product;
- result from a failure to follow product instructions;
- relate to business activities where the product was purchased solely as a consumer product, to the extent permitted by law.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not impose a fixed liability cap where such a cap would conflict with mandatory consumer-protection law.
Indemnification
Where permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by your unlawful use of the website, deliberate infringement of our rights, or fraudulent conduct.
This section does not require a consumer to compensate us for losses caused by Aventra, our service providers, product defects, or circumstances for which we are legally responsible.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused directly by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we:
- take reasonable steps to minimise the impact;
- resume performance as soon as reasonably possible;
- communicate material delays where appropriate.
This section does not remove any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy where such a right is mandatory under applicable law.
Complaints and Customer Support
Please contact us if you experience a problem with:
- an order;
- a product;
- delivery;
- payment;
- a return or refund;
- your customer account;
- our website.
Email: support@myaventra.com
Please include relevant information such as your name, order number, email address, and a clear description of the issue.
You can review available order details through your Customer Account:
https://shopify.com/68470603926/account
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond promptly.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us first where possible so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve an order issue.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a lawful right to:
- dispute an unauthorised transaction;
- request a card-provider remedy;
- submit a payment dispute;
- pursue another mandatory consumer remedy.
Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may be contested using relevant transaction and delivery information.
Governing Law
These Terms and contracts entered into with Aventra are governed by the laws applicable to Ventrix Group LLC, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in the country where you habitually reside.
A choice of governing law does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Jurisdiction and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before a court or competent dispute-resolution body available under mandatory laws applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.
We do not require European consumers to bring all disputes exclusively before courts in Florida where such a restriction would be invalid or unfair under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply, provided that doing so does not materially alter the rights and obligations of the parties or conflict with applicable law.
No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.
Assignment
You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations where doing so would materially affect our ability to fulfil the order, except where applicable law permits the transfer.
We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate sale, restructuring, or transfer of our business, provided that:
- your mandatory consumer rights are not reduced;
- the transfer does not materially disadvantage you;
- you are informed where required by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them and the information provided during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Aventra concerning the relevant order.
They do not exclude representations or information that form part of the contract under mandatory consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect:
- changes in law or regulation;
- changes to our services;
- security requirements;
- operational improvements;
- changes to service providers.
The revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes will generally apply to future use and future orders. The terms applicable when an order was accepted will continue to govern that order unless:
- a change is required by law;
- the change benefits the customer without reducing existing rights;
- the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
